Commemorating the 70273 mentally and physically disabled persons killed by the Nazis as part of Aktion T4. And honoring the disabled individuals among us today.
@wiesnerbeth, I'm only one little part of a huge global project. People all over the world are making blocks, including children and disabled people. They are being shown at quilt shows and different venues for now. Once all 70,273 people have been commemorated, there will be a massive exhibit of all the quilts in one place.
