Idlewild Presbyterian in Memphis (where he was pastor for 19 years) suggested that as a way to grieve, people make prayer flags in Steve's honor and fly them wherever they are. I used my little practice piece from the John Lewis quilt. The last quilt I made with a big dove on it hung in Steve's office at Idlewild for those 19 years.
