I have heard of a number of ways people do this- all similar- all fairly successful. You'll have to show us the results!
I was not vaccinated before my bout with Covid. The vaccines had just started coming into the area a few months ago. I had not decided whether or not to get one and was in the process of more thoroughly researching the effects, the best one and other questions I had- but I wasn't going out a lot. However, when my husband got a milder case of it we knew it wouldn't be long before I would have it too and we thought it would be lighter for me than him. I can still get one after 90 days. So I will read up and go the natural route until then since there has been a lot of success in that arena too.
