Pulled up the zucchini plants

It’s either feast or famine . . . have any good zucchini recipes to recommend?

@wiesnerbeth I'm addicted to this one. I don't use all the herbs, just whatever mix I feel like (cajun, italian, etc) but always with garlic powder and parmesan. Then roast until they're crispy outside, creamy inside. https://damndelicious.net/2014/06/21/baked-parmesan-zucchini/
