Trying to re-create the deviled eggs

from the Freight House in Paducah. Nowhere near as good as Sara's, but then I'm not a Top Chef runner-up! Hers had pepper jelly on top, all I had was pepper relish, which was pretty close. Didn't get the yellows spicy enough though.

Well those look amazing and I don’t even like spicy food. I do like pepper jelly though . . .
