This was weird I was cycling along, enjoying the Sun, down a Shapinsay lane when I spotted something and nearly fell off my bike. You may remember last summer I found in my garden what I called a Mutant Dandelion, a thick stem and about seven flower heads all jammed together at the top. I thought it to be very unusual and could not recall seeing one like it before.
Well I have found another one !!
I just happened to look down at just the right moment to find it. Stopped, turned round, took a few shots. This one only appeared to have three flower heads stuck together, but the same big thick stem. Really weird, again.
It was quite hard, later on, as I was riding around the lovely island of Shapinsay not to keep looking down at the road verges at the Dandelions.
