This is my view from my bedroom now after neighbours obliterated our views by planting fully grown trees. The top image is showing the flood plain in full flood. I live on the edge of the river Severn. I have enjoyed wildlife, the sun rising and setting, and the moon rising and setting. Now just a wall of green.
I can empathize. I live across the road from a big pasture and had a lovely view of the mountains. Then the Bradford Pears took over and blocked a lot of the view. I saw someone running a tractor in that field this week and noted another portion had been cleared. This sort of confirmed a comment I'd heard that a local real estate mogul (haha! small town one anyway) had planned to build quite a few homes in that area. 😢
