Automobiles Chatenet is a manufacturer of microcars based in the Haute-Vienne department of France.
The car is parked in our street. Because it is unknown to the residents, it was immediately discussed in the street app. Apparently that message also reached the owner because now there is a note with the apology that the car is parked there! It's broken.
