Huge day for Boston and the Red Sox....our new World Series Champs ! Today was a celebration for the city with a parade of the entire team & anyone associated with the Sox through the city streets on 24 Duck Boats, ending with the Duck Boats entering and completing a circle on the Charles River. This shot is from inside Fenway Park (not the best quality......after all it's a picture of a picture of a picture).....they started the day with speakers and celebrating at the Park before starting the actual Rolling Rally.....a special party to help the city heal after so much pain earlier this year. In the photo is Wally, the Red Sox mascot. Yes, he's wearing a beard......most of the team members had beards this season........part of the fun, magic and superstition of the 2013 season.
