Life Line Donation

Yesterday, Life Line came around to pick up my television and HD box and the cabinet that they sat on originally.
When they arrived, they almost missed me and drove off, however I caught up with the truck and the driver and told them where I was. Once they were backed up to my place and the guy came in and had a look at the tv, he picked up the HD box and said that normally they don't take the sets my size because people can buy them at second-hand stores 'on the cheap'. I just said to give it somebody who really needs it.

Is it so hard to give something away these days to people who really need it?
