This morning, I received the sad news that Uncle Allan passed away. Mum, Dad and the rest of the family were up at the hospital very early. I was told he passed away very peacefully at around 4am.
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.

Lynda, I am so sorry to hear the news. Your Mom e-mailed me this past week to tell me about his condition. I've been thinking of the family and praying for everyone. I am glad to hear he was comfortable at the end, but it is still hard to let go of those we love.
@digitalrn We were hoping to have him home hopefully, but that wasn't in the plans of fate, it seems. I'm thankful he's no longer in pain and didn't linger.
