Life Line buys

Today was my shopping day... so after feeding the chickens, washing up after breakfast and getting together all my stuff to take on the bus, I was off! But i got Pete the bus driver to let me off a stop before Town Hall so I could suss out the local Life Line store here in Sandgate Town Centre.

This place is is more up-market and has a lot more expensive things in it... most of the dresses are around $25 or so. So, I went in search of the nice knick-knacks I normally keep and eye out for.

I scored this nice long-strap bag; perfect for carrying books and my camera to the art gallery on my volunteering days, and this Paua Shell from the South Island of New Zealand. I know it's a South Island shell because it's a big one; as the North Island shells are smaller.
These shells are hard to come by as there's restrictions on how many they can catch and export now. I'm lucky to have found it.
Some more nice finds. It sounds like a great place to look for bargains.

@digitalrn Actually, Sangate is a really expensive Life Line to shop at. The two things I found were some of the cheaper things; unlike the clothes. I spotted a dress I liked, but they were expecting $25 dollars for it! I could get a better dress for a lot less in my own area at Woodridge.
