My iPod has become something of a useful item in my life. From using it as a shopping list to installing music on it, I have found I carry it everywhere with me. I can even learn languages on it (I'm currently learning Spanish on it - very cool!).
Around October, I found a free app on iTunes where I could have a To-Do List and write down a list of things I needed to do and tick them off as I got them done... very cool. I could make folders and use them as I needed them too; another great feature of this app. This is my Home Chores folder here where my Weekly Chores are kept. I get these done and my housework is all done each weekend... well, most of it.
Today I added in gardening... weeding, mowing and watering as the weeds really got on top of me today and I thought if I weeded weekly, I could do something about keeping the garden looking better each week.
So, far, I've gotten three things done on the list: the rubbish put out, the weeding done and the laundry done. The rest of the list will be accomplished over the next 4 days.
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
@bkbinthecity@digitalrn@cmt2812 thank you all for your lovely comments. It's a great way to keep track of my to-do things around the place. And I found recently that when I had to pack to go to Brighton, it was a great way to keep track of what I needed to take with me... I found I took everything I needed - but funnily enough, I left only 2 things over there and that was 2 umbrellas (my only working 2 ones in my collection that don't leak or aren't too small).
There's also a list-like app called Shopshop where you can do shopping lists similar to this... very cool... and when you're finished your shopping you're left with a blank screen to show you have everything you listed. So, no forgotten things! :D
