Today I was off to the doctors to find out why my right fore arm was so sore lately - and it's only been over the last few days.
After she waited for me to take the compression bandage off (which she was pleased I had put on the other day because I was in so much pain), she performed a few tests, and confirmed the Tennis Elbow... bummer! I had to buy a strap that would hold the tendon in place; pressing on it, and ordered me to not pick up or do anything strenuous with that arm for 4 - 6 weeks! Well! Okay... no problems... I started on a new painting at Craft Group today so I could rest my arm fully, letting the ladies there know I wasn't allowed to pick up anything with my right arm. They all agreed it was a good idea to get in and do something like this seeing I'm a lefty and my injured arm is my right arm.
