There's a restuarant here in Queensland - well, on the Gold Coast - called 'Dracula's'... it's a very off-beat, dark-humoured restaurant which a very interestly weird type of people go to. You can buy merchandise there; and this might have come from their store, I'm not sure.
I just emailed the place and included this very photo to ask them if they used to carry the necklace - or not... if not, well, it's a nice one anyway.

@wendyfrost You wouldn't believe it!.. I just received an e-mail from the theatre restaurant at the Gold Coast about it (as I enclosed this photo of it) and they told it it's a VIP A necklace a person receives when they reserve a VIP A ticket on the night... for them to keep! Why they gave it away, I'm not sure, but I'm chuffed I found it! And no way will I give it away. :D
