SBS Interview

I was interviewed today about Halal food by a nice Islam man who asked me how much I knew about it... I was honest and said, 'Not much.' We discussed about what I've been informed about Halal, and he was amazed at how little proper information I actually have been told about how Halal food is prepared.

Then, the SBS camera crew saw we were chatting and they crowded around... I was a bit concerned but they didn't get too close to worry me. :)

I was asked by a lady if I'd mind if they could use the 'bit' in a documentary they were filming about Halal foods and the Islam culture around Logan City. I said yes. :)
