But I don't think they love me. This one was very suspicious. And fast. He led me on a merry chase for 10-15 minutes. Good thing I was alone. The sight of a middle-aged woman with a frenzied look on her face and sweat running down her neck, tiptoeing around an old fence in the mid-morning sun with a small camera held at arm's length, must have been hilarious.
I was in a park to day taken pic. My wife told me If I behave more like that by taken pic`s I`ve to walk alone. But I`ve 40 photo`s . everything for a nice one. So this pic. is worth all the trouble. You`ve you nice one.
Thank you very much for you so nice comment .
Heehee really nice shot. Wonderful textures and details in those scales and wood. Looks unimpressed, but if he could see how well his portrait turned out maybe he would crack a smile! :)
This lizard definitely looks like it was hiding from you! I did the exact same thing for a lizard shot earlier this year! I felt like such a crazy person!! :) Lovely shot!
Haha I would have loved to capture you chasing that lizard, Livia. Would have definitely posted the shot on 365 for everyone to see. This shot is very beautiful and detailed. Great work.
That made me giggle, I so identified with your stalking your prey... I've been known to get totally lost in the obsession to get a certain photo, well done for persevering, it paid off!
A great, big, hot and sweaty and adventurous "THANK YOU!" to everyone! It was certainly a memorable experience. I was very glad to be able to take some shots of him in the end. What a fast, cautious fellow! Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment. I appreciate it.
Great capture. Once again, your perseverance pays off. I remember as a kid searching under rocks and bushes for snakes and other assorted cold blooded creatures. Wouldn't even know where to look now. Maybe next spring I'll go a looking
