This is was in response to my get pushed challenge. The challenge sounded fun but when my husband got wind of what I had to do to get the shot he was not too excited about it so I changed it a little and hope I still met the challenge. @momsta
My get pushed partner was Michelle and this is what she had to say:
Thank you for my challenge/s I'll see what I can come up with:)
You have some stunning responses to your challenges! Well done! This week I would like you to take a burning light bulb shot. There are many tutorials on the net, but here's one to start you off: http://www.diyphotography.net/photography-project-a-burning-light-bulb
You can process it however you like. Good luck and I'm looking forward to seeing your results!
@momsta Thank you for the challenge Michelle I had a couple obsticles since the bulbs needed were not "legal to sell" in Wisconsin so when the law was going to pass we quickly stocked up on the bulbs we liked. I didn't want to destroy any of them. Also my husband was a bit nervous about what I had to do to meet the challenge. So I did a few changes I hope it is acceptable. You are a fun Get-pushed partner!
@digitalrn My husband didn't want me to brake light bulbs and then put them on a socket for them to burn so I had to try something else. Thank you so much for your faithful support Rick!! Really appreciate it
Oh Wow!! That's stunning! I love how most of the bulb is intact and looks like it is breathing fire! brilliant response. Tell hubby that you never need to do this again. Challenge brilliantly done!
Hi Kathy,
Thanks for the challenge(s)! I'm still here, just lagging the last week or so. My challenge for you is "an unplanned shot taken at 7:13 PM Thursday."
Also, I think I might need to go through your portfolio very closely, as we seem to get paired up often. :)
@mej2011 Oh my, that may be the biggest challenge yet. My husband just said "you are little miss forgetful" so will I be able to remember to take a photo on that day and that time??? Here is my request - can I have an option 2 to use ONLY if I actually do forget the photo at that time?

Sure....Option 2: Take a photo inspired by the song "At Last" by Etta James
