It saddens me to know that he was born at 7:16am, but in some states it is acceptable to end his life at 7:17am had this mom not want him.

@kjarn In the United States , in a couple states abortion is permitted the entire term of pregnancy and if for some reason the abortion failed and the baby is born alive they may kill the baby or put him or her somewhere and leave the baby to die without care. Just absolutely horrible
