This is a lovely shot, Hope. There is so many beautiful things around us if we just take the time to SEE them. This is a perfect example: the weathered, rusty hinge on the weathered wood with just the right touch of leaves along the length of the wood.
You have captured a really lovely balance of things here Hope. I really like the texture and play of shadow in the plant, which adds context to this. Otherwise, it would just be an old hinge.
