Having one of those days where I just don't feel good enough for anything at all. And this page isn't even how I feel today specifically, it's a hangover feeling from Friday. I'm just too restless to work out anything much right now.
Physically something is off. I don't know if it's the change in quetiapine, or the heat, or piriton, or something else but it's making me feel so dizzy and tired. My legs are worse too which is definitely the change in quetiapine but weirdly only in one leg. This morning after an hour and a bit of work, I ended up sleeping for an house. And just to make it more fun, my ED thoughts are kicking off like nobody's business. Notttttt helpful when I have too much to do as it is!
