.....It was cold, grey, overcast.... BUT when you are 5 and on holiday and mummy has brought a towel and spare pair of clothes it doesn't matter into the sea you go.... very British and all that. I had four layers on top and rolled up trousers but we spent a delightful 40 minutes playing together. Precious moments just me and my first baby.
Great shot, I love the composition. We always have the same issue in cool weather at the beach, even if we haven't brought a towel and change of clothes, the girls somehow always manage to end up in the water! The other day I had to make a skirt for one of them out of a fleecy jacket because her trousers were all wet.

My children will always run in the sea, whatever the weather, whatever they are wearing. I love the contrast of your son against the high key sea. The only thing I might have changed in this, is your POV, maybe move a bit lower or further away to get more of the sea in. Hope you are having a lovely holiday.
I love the capture of his expression -- he conveys that he's cold but doesn't really care. Well composed, good balance. I think Rachel's point would be worth looking at if taking another like this -- getting a little lower so we aren't looking down at him from above. But overall, it's a strong image -- especially with his expression.
