fun image (you can always take something like this b&w - this one works well in b&w, I tried - street shots I regularly end up with blown sky and monochrome helps)
@shannejw I did try as I much prefer b and w normally but wasn't so sure today, though that it lost the detail in the skate boards? Thanks for input, much appreciated.
@newbank My bosom is just fine thank you, and I think we should call this technique BATROB for Below And To right Of Bosom. It is now an official photography term.
@graemestevens@motherjane you have peculiar images in your head Mr s? You surprise me. Your project is so bog standinly normal I would never have you thought you capable of odd thoughts. Sorry to have unbalanced you.
@graemestevens@newbank - Right folks, I'm back. I've had dinner, I've taken some drugs and I'm now having a glass or 200 of red wine. I'm catching up on 365 which does seem to be taking me forever.......and we have gone from swinging sheep in NZ to BOOB shots. I love the word BOOB. I bet @annied loves the word BOOB too. Speaking of being conspicuous be her absence........heelllllooooooo @annied, where are you?
@gigiflower@graemestevens@newbank oh I was out for a bit - and I too have had a few wines - I do like the word Boob - a palindrome and I think quite onomatopoeic
This is a superb candid shot. Don't worry about technicalities; they are only of importance to camera clubs and beginners' classes. It's the image that counts, and this one does ... it's a spontaneous natural shot and definitely a FAV for me, so well done indeed!
I really like this. I like the way the overexposed road emphasizes the rest of the picture, and the way the tilt suggests the wild and crazy motion these boys are looking forward to. Fav for me. And thanks for the lovely comment you left under my ``In the Green Boudoir`` shot, it really warms my heart!
