Title says it all.
That's one hell of a title.

Sam
I will fly you to my house to do some housework whilst I take photos :)
September 10th, 2014
@gigiflower I have approx 43 mins and 23 secs before the second of three school runs today. Not enough time for my housework let alone yours. I then have a dinner date and have promised to build towers out of bricks......

@newbank BUSY!
September 10th, 2014
Lol, that is very informative indeed. Great shot, love the comp & blue tones -it´s a lovely view!
September 10th, 2014
Ah, the joys of motherhood! Wouldn't trade it for anything! One day, all that laundry will be gone. (says the grandma-to-be whose babe is a senior in high school this year) (sniff!) Wonderful, spacious backyard.
September 10th, 2014
I really like the bluish tones in this.
September 10th, 2014
Love all that space of cloud & the narrow layers of grass, trees, bit of building then a pylon or two......lovely! You have a great view!
September 10th, 2014
@graemestevens hahahahaha
@newbank love the layers
September 10th, 2014
Like the big sky and the tones.

Wonderful view.
September 10th, 2014
Whew, what a title - certainly conveys how you feel!
September 10th, 2014
Job, jobbed - super lines and capture. Now back to the washing.
September 10th, 2014
Love the composition with the big expanse of sky. I wished the view from my window was even a fraction of the beauty of this. Gorgeous.
September 10th, 2014
Great composition
September 10th, 2014

@graemestevens @gigiflower @susale
Anyone else think @newbank Ms Newbank could have accomplished more if she didn't spend so much time on her title?
September 10th, 2014
@bill_fe @gigiflower @susale @newbank I hadn't wanted to say anything, but now that it's 6.31am and I'm officially grumpy and tired thanks to a yahooing, swearing, cursing and excessively loud and aggressive "person" outside our house just after midnight I can honestly say that I think someone needs to prioritise their time ;)
September 10th, 2014
@bill_fe Today I have done three school runs of 45 minutes each by foot. I am on the second load of washing. I have made tea for and feed three male humans. Read a lot of stories. Built towers out of bricks. Cleaned a bathroom. Changed a bed after child been sick on it. Bathed two children. Filled in 2 direct debit forms. Ironed some school uniform. I may have been able to have achieved even more in the time I spent writing my title that is very true but I am at times very lazy....
September 10th, 2014
@graemestevens Okay. Fair point.
September 10th, 2014
@newbank LOL, I'm just quietly pleased that mine is old enough to look after herself...and she doesn't want anything to do with me anyway. I'm seriously uncool!
September 10th, 2014
@newbank Aw, Ms Newbank, you do have your hands full. I was a single parent. I know what your're going through. My boys are grown, and I've got two grand kids now. I was just trying to coax a smile from you.
September 10th, 2014
@graemestevens @bill_fe Oh you guys are funny, thank you for the entertainment :D And @newbank my Goddness you are so active, I don´t get the half of that done -during the whole week :D
September 10th, 2014
September 10th, 2014
@bill_fe you did. Did you not get the humour coming through???
September 10th, 2014
Love the perspective
September 10th, 2014
Sam
@graemestevens @bill_fe @newbank 2 questions to be asked.......1 for Ms - what sort of area do you live in? And 1 for Ms Newbank - why do you do 3 school runs when you only have 2 children?
September 10th, 2014
Nice dramatic sky
September 11th, 2014
@newbank Glad I did, sorry didn't detect the humor.I jut re-read it, I do see it now! ;-)
September 11th, 2014
@gigiflower @newbank @bill_fe Normall ya very good area actually, nice and quiet...not last night though. Rednecks.
September 11th, 2014
Cool view from your window
September 11th, 2014
Lovely atmospheric capture. Great title!
September 11th, 2014
You are leading a very busy life without much control over events, I suspect. It's quite impressive the photography you are able to do!
September 11th, 2014
so much sky
September 11th, 2014
@gigiflower live in a village of about 1700 people 10 mins away from a medium sized city.... I drop eldest at school 8.55 youngest at preschool 9am, go home, collect youngest 12, go home, collect eldest 3.30pm. Walk to the school village is 20 minutes each way at a 2 yr old walking speed. Only do this the two mornings youngest at preschool.
September 11th, 2014
The title says it all!!!
September 11th, 2014
Sam
@newbank At least you sound like you would be fit and healthy!!! Do you use a car in Winter?
September 11th, 2014
@gigiflower I try not to. Nearest can park is a 5 minute walk away as lots of people bring kids to school from outside the village so parking by school is v limited. On Monday and Tuesday morning we do go in car as go straight to activities outside village with youngest. It takes us as long to get there as by time got two kids into car and strapped in and up strapped at other end takes as much time. And I'm v old fashioned and a firm believer in making them walk!!!
September 11th, 2014
Sam
@newbank What happens if it is snowing?
September 11th, 2014
@gigiflower put a coat on, scarf, hat and gloves and wellies and walk......just leave an extra few mins to walk. No way would drive the road we park on for school is an ice rink in the snow and dreadful to drive on great grandma lives down it, it's v sheltered and snow takes a week longer to melt!
September 11th, 2014
Sam
@newbank I think you should all move to Australia!
September 11th, 2014
@gigiflower I would melt. Literally melt into a puddle on the floor.
September 11th, 2014
Sam
@newbank Air conditioning! Do your boys swim?
September 11th, 2014
A woman's work is never done … Hang in there Ruth.
September 11th, 2014
@golftragic never. Eldest discovered at tea last night mummy used to work before he was born. Then he asked if that meant I had retired!!
September 11th, 2014
@gigiflower they do. How would I take air conditioning with me out of the house?
September 11th, 2014
Sam
@newbank You go from your house to your car. Both air conditioned. They you go to the beach, a river, a swimming pool. Then you get back in your air conditioned car, then back into your air conditioned house! See, it works :)
September 11th, 2014
Your days sound very familiar, although as my kids are now a little bigger I do try and get them to help with the washing, doesn't exactly speed up the process though......Anyway, love this shot, love the space and the layers at the bottom
September 11th, 2014
@gigiflower but what about those beautiful crisp sunshine filled mornings where the fresh air smells so divine, the breeze from the wind on your skin is just the right mix of refreshment and invigorating? Fresh beautiful air not conditioned air?
September 11th, 2014
Sam
@newbank Oh yes they are here too!!! We actually only turn on our air conditioning about 10 days per year........we actually don't like it, prefer living "in the moment" :)
September 11th, 2014
@gigiflower I'm fine with weather where I can put more clothes on. Weather where I can take more off is bad. About 25 is my upper limit with clothes on.
September 11th, 2014
Sam
@newbank Mmm ok, don't move to Australia!
September 11th, 2014
@taffy That's very kind Taffy. At times I feel I am improving, other times feel so amateurish. Not that it matters, I love it, love it, love it. That's all that matters.
September 11th, 2014
Love the fading layers of the horizon in this.
