Watching Boats

Littlest loves being down by the canal so we went for a walk yesterday to see the boats and ducks. Apologies for not being so active on here, I am struggling with my fatigue. Have to post and run now as eldest begging for a turn on the computer!

So pleased you can post at all. CFS is a Syndrome and in my experience going to the doctor achieves not much - been there ,done that for quite a few years. At the moment I'm not posting and will just have to try and catch up later. Hope you can grab the rest you crave, and thinking of you.

@happypat @ethelperry thanks both of you. It seems a bad dip for me and a long one. Have had iron levels checked this week as they do get low at times. Borderline low but not as bad as they have been. It's a case of managing it, that after all these years I know. More frustrated after so long being so much better it is having a big big dip again. My photography helps so much though so I keep going with it.
