For me, it only matters if you didn't mean to chop off his head! :) If you were composing a shot with this interesting POV and DOF without the little's head, then it works brilliantly. If you were thinking his head was there - you missed the mark! ;) By your title, you're drawing attention to the tricycle and the elements of composition lead my eye to it quite nicely! :)
