Happy days. Dancing in the toilets. by newbank

Happy days. Dancing in the toilets.

Happy days....Bit behind... today's happiest moment came unexpected and in the strangest place. We went to mcds for tea. Went to the toilets before heading home. We were altogether in the disabled rather than trying to squeeze up in a normal cubicle. Eldest asked why was there music playing in the toilets. My answer was so we could dance. So we did. We wiggled and giggled and danced away in the toilets. I love the random happy moments that come totally unexpected with the boys.
I was going to make a rude comment but decided it was to naughty. Hope they were playing chamber music and not anything that reached ROCK BOTTOM.

A lovely story Ruth! I can just picture you all dancing away....the most action that disabled toilet has seen in its lifetime!

Haha - sweet! I squeezed into a cubicle with some difficulty with the dog this morning and came out to find we couldn't leave because of huge poodle with lead trapped into another cubicle door and the owner shouting, 'Sorry!' from within! Then another lady stopped me on the way out and said she'd gone into the cubicle next to me but left when a spaniel's nose peeped under the wall. Thought she wouldn't be able to concentrate!! Toilet cubicles are the place to be!

@judithg well I avoid normal cubicles because littlest is forever opening the door when I am having my turn....I do wonder how old they will need to be before they can be safely left outside the toilets whilst I go when out in public.....at least eldest lets me get one of my own if we are together as long as I stick my feet under the door so he knows that I am there still......

And not escaped around the u-bend.... He couldn't have opened the door in this one - too small to actually be in there and open the door - lucky we managed to get out.
