And onto year 3..... Finished my second year. Been through less inspired periods this year but still enjoying my photography. Loving my new lens and the image that is creating. Looking forward to spring and summer and more chance to be outside. Looking forward to continuing to document my kids. They look so big compared to two years ago! Thank you to those that continue to follow my project and thank you for sharing yours. I've started to post on Flickr, 500px and most recently National Geographic, but my images just get lost in the depths of talent and skill found on those sites. I am yet to find an online photographic community like here so for now I continue in my sporadic 365 project.
Well done on two year newbank. I really enjoy your mono's and the way you are documenting your children growing up. I wish digital photography was around when my daughters were growing up.
I am on flickr (but not 500px). The key to flickr is to join some groups (you can post an image into multiple groups). and your visibility rapidly increases .
@phil_howcroft Thank you. I think I have tried so many different styles and types of editing but it's certainly B & W that keeps drawing me back. I was supposed to be getting to have a go with my grandfathers early 80's SLR camera this weekend, my first go at film photography.... sadly though we've not travelled due to illness.
congratulations on completing two years. It must be fun to look back over the photos of your boys and see how they have grown.
I love this shot. I remember my daughter on a long walk when she was very small lagging behind and saying "I've only got little legs". Memories, treasure them.
Love the comp and light in this, fav. Does your younger son wish he had longer legs? :) Congrats on finishing your second year. I'm glad you are going to continue, as I'd miss seeing your boys!

365 is still my fist port of call for my images
