Redcurrant Jelly

Redcurrant bush is full of redcurrants. I made redcurrant jelly last year. I can't wait for these to ripen and to make some more. Yummy!

@jgpittenger I've been diagnosed with POTS (postural tachycardia syndrome). Been on medication for a month which does help lower heart rate so I am more functional but is no magic fix at all. Fatigue levels still overwhelming so I'm at home majority of the time. Thanks for asking.
