Orange poppy in the rain

Why does it alway rains on my flowers just when they are at their prettiest?

.....and why is it do windy....so hard to get the focus sharp when everything is waving around!

Your June bloom schedule in Hampshire mirror my bloom schedule in my part of the US. Neat! I also have poppies and peonies blooming riotously right now. The color, dof, and 3D feel of this are all wonderful!
