This was the shot from my front gate this morning as I left for work.
The moon was just yummy, you could see the shadow of the earth blocking the sun's light, and there was just this one light on in the houses at the top of the lane.
Only had my compact with me, and I was running later than I wanted so no time to go home for Bob. Probably I good thing or I would still have been there when the sun came up.
@steampowered. I couldn't park close to the office today; had loads to carry and didn't want to leave him in the car in an NCP car park. He stayed on the study table in the attic next to the 450D and shared stories, Since I've been home I've already been upstairs for a hug!! :0)
@nicolaeastwood I'll forgive you then. I must admit that I didn't take Brutus up to London today because to get into the Cheapside Hoard exhibition at the Museum of London, you have to put all coats, bags etc into a cheap tin locker (for "security") and I wasn't going to leave the price of a small car at the mercy of a cheap tin box.
