Love

I love orchids, and this one was love at first sight. We have a FABULOUS garden centre locally which is all new and shiny having been rebuilt and remodelled. I popped in to buy a gift for someone and this was by the till marked down from £29.99 to £5. The flowers are almost over, but the leaves look healthy and lush, so I might be able to get it to flower again!

It is in the world of subtle beautiful orchids a rather loud vulgar specimen, in fact when I first saw it I thought it was a terrible attempt at an artificial flower then I realised it's real. This shot actually makes it rather acceptable.
