This poinsettia plant was a gift. Unfortunately, the heat in our office malfunctioned over a weekend causing all the leaves to dry & fall off. I pruned it back to just the stems, gave it water, & let it be. Three weeks later, new growth & color!
@calm I usually kill poinsettias too. That is why I was delighted to see the new grow as I was ready to toss the plant. I have never tried to bloom an amaryllis the next year. Life goals!
