This was my alternate shot for mad hatters' Lady Macbeth week... i had the line: "To bed, to bed: there’s knocking at the gate. Come, come, come, come, give me your hand. What’s done cannot be undone. To bed, to bed, to bed..." we learn later in the play that Lady Macbeth killed herself, wracked with guilt and insanity...
I wasn't sure whether to post or not... whilst i like edgy and moody shots, this either ends up being completely incomprehensible, or possibly rather disturbing... anyhow, someone asked about it so here it is...
It leaves the viewer to create his or her own story! - Maybe she was so keen to get to bed, now that its dark, that she knocked her glass over and left the candles burning!
Not incomprehensible. Got it right away without the description. Well, at least the death. It's not macabre. It's quite lovely. And not too dark at all. I think the soft tones and blues make it less dark.
