Not hard to put it on black now. Just click on it again! IT looks GREAT! Did you intend to make the dots and line on domino look like an actual division sign? Thus, another meaning of divisive besides already the polar opposites of white and black and how the line divides the dots..and how the game divides the two players? This is stunning and seems to have lots of meanings/interpretations! F av
tx guys... there really is no "magic" in this shot... it's just a black "snake eyes" domino sitting on a glass chessboard (hence the reflection)... i had been playing with light and shadow, trying to do the "foreshadowing" shot (the one posted the day before this one) and realized that when positioned a certain way, the light reflected off the dots and dividing line to make it look like the division symbol...
i played around with different exposures to get close to the feel i wanted and then tweaked contrast in lightroom... all in all very little editing required, other than an idiotic amount of clean up in photoshop to get rid of speckles of dust as i forgot to wipe everything down before shooting... ;p
