technically this was a test shot on my third round of shooting... but the light and pose came out better than the rest... there are any number of flaws i'd like to go back and fix, but i am tired and have to be up early in the morning... so i'm done for the night...
i was going to tag for orange etsooi, but in the end, other than fixing the background, converting to black and white and adding the ball of fire in photoshop, i didn't really do much (at least, not by my standards ;p)...
@travel thanks Michael... not entirely intentional that there's a splash of colour at the end of the last three months... generally i stick with b&w but will often toss in a colour shot to "pop" for each month, often coinciding with a "day" such as valentine's day, st. patrick's day, etc... so this shot for this day was always going to have some orange in it... August was happenstance - there was a blue etsooi theme running... September was SOOC month and i felt like celebrating when it was over :)
