I could be famous one day....

..........but probably not for painting.

A friend suggested we do a "Paint Nite" at a local bar in the city. Apparently it's all the rage here right now. 50 people all painting the same image, with step-by-step instructions. The best part about the night was hanging out with my friends.

Prior to this the only things I've painted are walls and watercolours with my girl when she was young.

It's a beautiful painting, Nova! Well done! My daughter and I recently did a paint night like you described, and we had such fun. Ours was a floral scene, and we enjoyed seeing how each painter's canvas came to life. We were amazed at how so many people painting the same thing could end up with such different results. All were wonderful!

Thanks for all your kind words, it was a very fun night and yes every painting was unique. Your words have inspired me to continue painting, so I yesterday I started working on painting my bathroom. A form of painting I feel more comfortable doing. Have a great Friday!
