Hardly gourmet food but it was a great hit with the birthday girl! To be fair, the waffle with it's ice cream, biscuits and salted caramel syrup was rather delicious! We had a day out at the Think Tank Science Museum in Birmingham and shopping til we dropped. Then 2 trains were cancelled so we had 3 trains full of passengers on 1 train.... standing room only and rammed in like sardines! So glad to be home with my feet up.
