I took a photo of my granddaughter, she would have like to have had temporary tattoos on her face for this picture! But I told her I could make her picture special by giving her rainbow eyes. She loves this photo and it fits her personality! We have a copy of the real copy too.
I found the Photoshop Rainbow eyes tutorial on youtube.
