The crane has been assembles to lift and repair channel markers damaged in the March 2011 tsunami, this is tiny compared to the ones used to lift the boats from the harbor bottom and to dredge out the silt dumped in the boat basin by the massive churning seas, but it has stirred up the herring so the birds think it is dinner time.
