Tuesdays challenge is to show something around your neighborhood. Since my neighborhood includes the drive-in movie which I have been showing a lot. I'll show another aspect, the campground I walk to in less than 10 minutes is filled with redwoods and ferns
We just met some folks last week end who were from the Sacramento area in California and they were comparing our little trees to the Redwoods. What a beautiful shot!
@olivetreeann I know, I grew up in Yellowstone and these look huge to me - but I have kids who grew up here, and they say yellowstone trees are toothpicks, but your view is permanently altered if you grow up thinking these are just the trees in your neighborhood.
@sarasdadandmom Me too, and what is sad is that they are only a couple blocks apart, so that you know the drive-in was cleared from something just like this.
