Apple Berry Tree by pandorasecho

Apple Berry Tree

Comparing science and religion isn't like comparing apples and oranges - it's more like apples and sewing machines.
Jack Horner
One could have the 'science of religion' couldn't they? Or the religion of science? Apples and blackberries go so well in a pie!

I wondered for a while what was so odd about this picture and finally realized that, in this part of the world, blackberries ripen and finish LONG before apples. Love the sunniness of this shot.

@francoise I have a friend who says apples don't grow at her house but blackberries are ripe now (near New Orleans) and in Wyoming we got apples but never blackberries, and here these are both late August and September
