According to what I've found on Google, these are called Torch Flower, Torch Flame Flower or Torch Lily. @jackie8 informed me that they are also called Red Hot Pokers.
They sure are impressive planted in large clusters.
Today was a good flora photo day at the nature park, and actually this was not the best of the bunch, but I figure these flowers are going to fade the fastest so I better get them while I can. Most of today's other subjects will still be photogenic in a couple of days, or even weeks.
I should probably start making use of one of my other albums for some overflow.
