I'll bet you all think Los Angeles can't possibly have snowmen. Ha! Where there's a will, there's a way.
Here we have a representation of Christmas, Los Angeles style:
Tumbleweed snowman, palm trees, blue skies and white clouds.
This guy is about 1/2 mile from Dodger Stadium and I've had my eye on him all month. Today was the day we met face to face. He's not much of a talker, but he's kinda cute. ;-)
I initially came to this part of town to stop by a Christmas tree lot that had the most hideous flocked trees I've ever seen. There was a trio..goldenrod yellow, lavender and an odd blue. There was one of each color, grouped together. I noticed them a few days ago and today only the yellow was left. Ya really needed to see them all together. LOL
Ha ha - it's a great snowman and so fitting for where you live! We actually have a chance of snow here tonight in TX...I'm such a kid - I'll be glued to my Weather Channel app today, I bet! And too bad the other colored trees were gone already.
Love this composition! The tumbleweeds make a great snowman with the beautiful blue sky and palm trees in the background. It would have been fun to see the colored flocked trees too. I am sure they will be there next year.
Oh it is so fun to see a snowman hanging out with palm trees in the background! I love the blue skies and fluffy clouds as well! :) Awesome shot and I hope ou had a very fantastic Christmas my friend! :)
