@pcoulson minus 12 degrees c. That is madness. My sister won't be happy, she lives in Worsley. Very much a fair weather person. She will probably look like the Michelin man at the moment. When I spoke to her on the phone a few days ago she told me she was wearing so many thermal layers, she could hardly bend.
