@onewing Thanks Babs for continuing to comment one handed its much appreciated, We have just bought a bungalow in Calderdale West Yorkshire subject to the Solicitors getting their act together should move in around the first week of October then the fun will start lots of work required to bring it up to our liking, 2 more rooms and a larger garage/workshop to be built:)

@onewing My daughter and wife, I love it here, we had the house built in a semi rural location lots of countryside around, moving to be near our daughter, grandson and son in law in Lightcliffe in fact about 10 mins walk away , the bungalow is on a large plot with lots of room to extend, located in Bailiff Bridge just outside Brighouse, the things you do for family:)
