Log Burner

Went to a friends house today he had his log burning fire at full blast, far to warm for me, you may notice all the dust on the mesh his wife was not happy that he had not cleaned it out before lighting the fire.

Shame about the dust but it made a great shot with the flames being so high.

Nice capture Peter. I was brought up with open fires and they are the most inefficient form of heating.I am always amazed when watching shows where people are looking for open fires.Much more efficient to have a slow combustion heater.
