@jorlam Thank you for your great comments Jorlam, it was supposed to be a candid capture but I was spotted lurking under a tree with my camera, I then asked them to pose for a happy smiley shot, it was appalling weather far worse than it looks here, but being British the race went ahead spot on time at 9:00 am:)

@onewing Thank you Babs, yes very typical summer weather, at least it was a warm 17 degrees C at the time, most ran in shorts and running vests discarding their waterproof jackets just before the start:)
