Great idea for beginnings. You are certainly different from my husband. He reads the instructions as a last resort. This is perfect for the beginning of your 52 pom.
@dide Thank you for your comment Dianne, lots an lots of very small pieces a present from my son as I have the road version of this bike see the link https://365project.org/pcoulson/365-2/2015-08-26 my bigger toy:)
@henrir Thank you for your interesting comment Henri as a electrical engineer I've found its better to have an idea of what you are doing before your start, rectifying a problem during construction cost both time and money, lol:)
@novab Thank you Nova for your comment this project is planned to be started during the bad weather, painting the parts first before gluing it together, on completion I will post an image:)
Oh, this is a perfect subject for the challenge. And what a cool present to get. When was the last time you constructed a model, Peter? I loved building cars and airplanes.....and oh, that glue! I look forward to following you through the challenge.
@louannwarren Your absolutely right Lou Ann Silly me I had my finger on the instructions in the second shot, this was the setup shot and clearly I edited and posted the wrong one, thanks for pointing it out:)
@stray_shooter Thank you for your lovely comment Ron, I remember helping my son about 30 years ago build an Airfix Spitfire that got me into building 1/12 scale F1 cars so its about 20 odd years since my last one, I still have a Tamiya Ferrari 312T not started, see link its a beautiful kit, https://www.tamiya.com/english/products/12034ferrari312t/index.htm
@bella_ss Sorry Sheralee I posted this in error yesterday it was the set up image not the final shot with my hand included, have posted the correct one in my extras album today and removed the tags to your 52pom2019, as my school report invariably stated " he tries hard but could do better", lol :)
@pcoulson I saw that you had posted the wrong one and so I played around in Picmonkey for a while to see if it could be replaced. We used to be able to just upload the new photo and replace the old but there doesn't seem to be that option anymore. The only way I found to do it is to load the new photo as a texture to apply to the image, you then just place it as a normal layer and adjust the settings accordingly and end up with your new photo on top. Handy for when there are annoying little things in the original photo that were missed.
@bella_ss Thank you for the info Sheralee, the only way I could see was to delete the image but all the comments would be lost and I didn't want that:)
