Got this 1/6th scale plastic bike kit at Christmas from my son, put it together over the last two weeks after painting the parts first, I owned one exactly the same in the 1980's, BoB
Oh, now that is really cool. Beats the hell out of a duck, huh? :-) You have a very thoughtful son. I happened to have a 650 back in the 80's myself before graduating to the V45 750.....err make that a 748 (to duck under the tariff limits at that time). Great bikes! I love this depiction, especially that framing.
@dide Thank you Dianne, he had seen the plastic kit on Ebay and thought I'd like it, I've not put a plastic model together since he was a young boy at least 25 years ago:)
@stray_shooter Thanks for your interesting comment Ron, a friend of mine bought a CB750 from an American airman at Lakenheath airbase, came around with it asking if I had any idea why a red light kept coming on, turned out it was a California spec bike with a speed limit light and co2 emission unit fitted, both of which mine didn't have, lol:)
@onewing Thank you Babs for your lovely comment, I've ridden Harley's but never owned one, my dad got my first motorbike for me when I was 12 years old to ride around our farm:)
@novab Thank you for your great comment and Fav Nova, interestingly I had it on a black base board at first and thought it looked to much like the real thing hence set it on a oak cabinet:)
@lesip Thank you so much for your comment Leslie, I completed it to look exactly like the one I owned but can not remember the licence plate number I wanted to include it:)
@louannwarren Thank you so much for your lovely comment Lou Ann, I must say I enjoyed riding this one I used it to commute into the London office when I lived in Kent in the 1980's:)

When we first got married back when Noah was a lad I told David that I would love a Harley and he bought me a postcard of one.
